Coordinating Council Working Group
The Coordinating Council coordinates the growth of working groups.  After WREN's first year, its
working groups have developed so much that they have become the focal point for the network's
programming, membership development, and fundraising activities.  The Coordinating Council,
initially called the Leadership Council, will emphasize coordination of the network as each working
group becomes more self-sustaining.

The Coordinating Council:
  • Meets monthly;
  • Participates actively in the coordination of working groups, funders, sponsor and secretariat
  • Insures secretariat has wise guidance for operational, issue and geographic working groups
  • Resolves policy and operational differences while serving as discussion forum.
  • Represents WREN at meetings and events hosted by other key stake holders.
