May 2007
May 29: The "Shared Prosperity/Displacement" Work Group met to discuss indicators for the Shared
Prosperity Proposal. Urban Land Institute expert Peter Tatian weighed in on this conversation and
provided his draft of potential key indicators and answered questions from members. Cheryl will
work with Peter to revise the proposal and indicators, and will present the proposal to members at
the June 6 general body meeting. Stay tuned for a meeting summary.

May 8: The "Shared Prosperity/Displacement" Work Group met to discuss a revised version of the
campaign proposal, "Shared Prosperity: A Regional Commitment," discussed at the April 24
meeting. Participants provided further input on the revised draft and discussed next steps. Stay

May 10: The Coordinating Council (CC) met to review the updates membership report, progress on
the DWG "Shared Prosperity" proposal, and the May 3 Regional Collaboration project meeting. Also,
the CC discussed planning for the June 6 general body meeting. Stay tuned for a meeting

April 2007
April 24: Two meetings occurred.

2p: The Coordinating Council (CC) met to discuss the network's progress since the March 6
general body meeting.  Plans for the next general body meeting, on
June 6, were briefly discussed.
Also, a membership report was submitted to the Council and work of the "displacement" work
group was reviewed.

ACTION ITEM: Contact Aieda to suggest potential members, and potential speakers or sites for
June 6 full body meeting.

10a:
The "Shared Prosperity/Displacement" Work Group met to discuss the DRAFT campaign
proposal "Shared Prosperity: A Regional Commitment." Members made suggestions on how to
revise the DRAFT to better address  displacement concerns throughout the region. A revised
DRAFT will be presented at the next meeting on
May 8, 10a.

(ONE DC), by
email, with input on specific language in the "Shared Prosperity" proposal by
Monday, April 30.
